Default Re: Bad Customer Service

What exactly do I have "due" Montana I'm curious about that? And show me in any post I made that i was asking for repayment of the install. Thats right, I never did, I was only looking for a thermostat that fit my car, THATS ALL. What do you suggest I do once I get the "put it back together or pay for a new one" bit straight from the guy who owns the company? hmmmmmmm, lets think, at that point I'm not begging for him to do the right thing. I say fine keep your product and you do what you have to do and I do what I feel like doing. Had he said from the beginning the part is "broken" I would have paid for a new one, but the part is fixable (he said it himself with the "special tool" bit)just gotta inconvenience himself a little (JOIN THE CLUB). I got no joy out of blasting TVT on this forum and honestly had he handled it better I would have never mentioned a word on this forum and I would have sucked up the cost of my whole ordeal and still bought from them. I have no issue with sending a wrong part, I have an issue when you sit there like you did nothing wrong and throw it all back on me. Am I totaly innocent in this, NO, Is the mechanic partly to blame for, YES, is TVT for sending me the wrong partly to blame IMO, YES. If TVT can fab parts for cars he can certainly fix a little thermostat that according to a member here just needs a vice to get it back together. He is trying to play a victim, he is not, and now that I blasted him on this forum neither am I.
