I had a good experience with TVT but I am now concerned. I bought a Thermostat from them, LET had my car and had already installed a new Thermo. I sent my part back and got a refund, no questions. But I now see the TVT Thermo shown in the pics and my thermostat looked like a stock thermostat with 3 holes drilled in it. Literally, it had 3 holes drilled in it for increased flow and was very different from the one I see it the pics.
This is an old school hotrod trick and I was surprised to see it on such a modern car.
Can someone please explain this? Is this the way a 180 Thermostat is created?
I will use TVT for bling but again but I'm confused.
For the question, the customer is right, eat it and send him the right parts and TVT pay attention next time. This caused a ton a crap for the customer who did nothing wrong but to try and make it work. He is not a parts person, he expected the part to be right and it cost him the cost of the labor and that is your fualt TVT, make it right.
