He worked with me on an issue I had till I was completely satisfied. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable that I was dealing with the right company and that they actually cared about their customers. Truthfully he really didn't need my business, with all the orders Needswings gets, but he went out of his way anyway to make me happy and I really appreciate it. THANKS ROB!!!
