Road Races
Hi all. Since I am new here forgive anything I mess up. I fell in love with the Crossfire the first time I got to drive it. I bought a 2006 coop for my wife in September of last year.
As I read the post I see that we all like the speed and handleing of these great cars. Well I hope that I have found the best way to do both. I live in Fort Stockton, TX and we have a road race twice a year, one on US285 and the other on US385. The race on US285 is on April 26 this year. The racecourse is 50 miles long and has 59 curves. The course goes through hills and long straight-aways. This race is a timed race so you have to control your speed, to slow or to fast and you are disqualified.
OK, I rambled enough. If you are interested then check out their web site at

. I would like to see a large number of Crossfire’s instead of the Corvettes that show up. I really think that it would great to have a large rally and enjoy the race.
