it sort of vague where it says "move passenger side horn to drivers side with new bracket.

where do you bolt the new bracket to? if you bolt it on top of the drivers side horn bracket the wires are too short and the 2nd bolt is too short


also, the 90 degree rubber elbow will not go over the throttle body. i tried a little liquid soap and it still does not fit.
