Go on their site and read the data sheets on it, klotz makes race fuel as well and they are huge in the pro-drag racing circuit. Torco and Klotz are the big boys in the performance market.

I can tell you it is much safer than pouring paint thinner and other chemicals not intended for automotive use in your car. Personally I think that is crazy, you are risking your motor just to save a few cents and chances are all it will result in is poor performance and damage. Some people fall for the "snake oil" though, lol.
