Those headers were a log style header. These are tube style. The log style is available through FlooredFab I believe. The same test car that got those started was the one that got in touch with VRP to actually make good headers. Check out the stuff they make for the E55.

Even though the member (SteveL) who paid to have the above headers made is now paying VRP for this new set- I feel they are on the right track and design and I - once again - have my hopes up. but realistically - there's not a lot off room left in our engine bay - and close up our manifolds really aren't all that bad
TVT - I hope your association works out with VLM and you can get us all a decent price if they work - there is not that big of a market and price discrimination is the wrong marketing strategy for headers.
