Yes I just pulled the fuse, split it in two, and ran a wire to each prong. (just be sure to add an in-line fuse to the wire)
I then ran the wire into the interior to an on/off switch. I eventually plan on installing an old fashion floor mounted head light dimmer switch and hook it up to that.
The fuse is only for the spoiler.
Check your owners manual for it's location #, I don't have my car here (it's at the dealer) or I'd check to see which one it is.
Very simple modification to do, and gives you the power to keep the wing down until you want it to go up.
