Give it some time just like any other mod, let the ecu adjust. Also most disconnect the negative cable for at least 20 minutes to reset the ecu. I would think even hot humid air would improve your base results. You should feel some something out of the box though. Make sure it's tight and sealed around the throttle body as well.
This is on a SRT6? It's night and day for most of us.
