Needswings intake, (probably any intake of similiar design could result the same), took my SRT from consistent avg 107.5mph to 110.xx.mph. Fluid dynamics can prove higher airflow over the stock system with these intakes, my guess is 20hp improvement for my particular car with this intake.

Commercial GPS and GTechs are ok, but there is no substitution for a clock. Dyno results not done under tightly controled circumstances are generally useless as well. (Same car, same time, same temperature, same dyno etc...) When we are all comparing the performance of our cars, consistancy is key. Two equal cars, one at sea level and one in Denver, the sea level car will always have better numbers. When reporting performance figures, density altitude, temperature, humidity are the most relevant factors to include. This car is particularly sensitive to temperature, so the temperature of the air intake would be valuable as well. The next equalizer is MPH, preferably 1/4 mile which allows the car enough time to overcome traction losses. This can indicate performance of the car more so than the ET of a good driver. Two miles per hour and a couple tenths is significant improvement in acceleration, but NOT so easy to feel seat of the pants. At the speed of these cars, one tenth is about one car length, which again is significant in any race, especially when runnng laps. A car that doesn't show a change when adding an intake like the Needswings, probably has some other problem brewing. The blower whine isn't going to be readily apparent until higher levels of boost, giving away the secret. My tip of the day: When modding for sound...use playing cards and clothespins on the spokes.
