GET A LAWYER. I get one EVERY time I get a ticket. I have none on my record. You end up paying a little more, but most get thrown out or just settled between the lawyer and states attourney. The judge will agree, as long as you aren't a crack head. Everything is cool.

I'd rather pay a lawyer more money up front than pay $$$$ in insurance costs for the next 4 years.
