Correct... It's running a 0.50 ratio 6th gear with a 3.42 axle ratio... This lets the engine run @ 1800 RPM at 80 mph and makes it a very competent highway cruiser... It's the only reason to have 2 extra gears with such a wide powerband, and it helped the F-Body and Corvette avoid a $2500 gas guzzler tax without compromising performance while also adding utility.
