Cruise over and pick one up, and save the $5 ebay-shipping! One of the reviewers uses it for measuring tire temp variances across the tread - more for autocross than drag, but cool none-the-less.
Thanks that's way cheaper than the one on ebay. I'm founding out the best gadget for the track are portable weather stations with ET predictor software built in. They are around $400-800, but based on one run can predict what you will run within a hundredth of a sec. Even calculates the wind and density altitude for you. For bracket racing it's priceless.
