I just about have my car ready to kick butt. At what RPM shold I shift at?
I will have the following mods.:
1. Needwings CAI
2. Resonator removed
3.TVT 181 MM pulley kit
4. TVT custom tune.

With out the pulley and custom tune the engine rpm increases 1K after I hit the shifter. Is that normal?
