It's kinda too late now, but there's only a few places I frequent. My home is obviously one. At work, I talked to the security team and found out where my car can be seen on a security camera and I only park there so IF someone happens to door ding me, or heaven forbid break into my car, they have it on camera.

So I might suggest to you, if you frequent that park for a daily run, look around to see if there are any businesses that have security camera's and just ask if they have that girl who hit you on camera, or if they're nice enough to tell you which direction the camera is pointed you can always try to park where it will be seen by the camera. I know it's a pain in the butt, but it might just save you a little dough if the police can catch the person who hits you next time.
