I work and park in a crappy neighborhood in Brooklyn. Many of the people around here know me but even so, no one screws with another's car because that's just the way it is. And we all parallel park. Got my first door ding eight days after I bought my Xfire in a Long Island strip mall lot. So, obviously income has no bearing on people giving a damn.
