The Miata is parked over the line... he is every bit at fault as the guy in the truck. Sad thing is, the Miata probably had three extra feet of parking spot behind him that would have saved him if he only knew the size car he was driving. The truck probably needed every inch of his parking spot!
Anyway, back on topic, I'm sorry that a Crossfire fell victim to an idiot who can't parallel park.
