At some point during the evening you wound up approaching our group looking for a race. Most of us were there to test 'n tune because they prep the track really well for RSDs (although I did get into one $$$ race late in the night). We had a group of 03-04 Cobras and a C6 Z06. You have to realize the type of crowd these events draw and that "the hustle" is part of the game. Our impression (right or wrong) was that you were a novice to this type of event and would be an easy mark for money (which it looks like you were based on your record that night). We weren't interested in "stealing" your money since we are not like that. However, if you would have merely wanted to just get off a friendly race during the test n tune any one of us would have been happy to run you.

BTW, I know three guys with SRT-6's (two modded, one stock) that I believe are all on this forum. Me and my friends at RSD that day all know what the car is capable of and exactly what kind of spot we could have given and still easily run you down.

I know alot of people aren't familiar with the capabilities of the SRT-6, but we are (proven by the times you wound up running) and could have made some easy money from you. I'm sorry if we came off as arrogant or disinterested, but we really just didn't want to take money from somebody that appeared to be new to the whole RSD mentality.

PS: It's not until much later in the evening that you have to set up a street race in order to run your car. You can merely test n tune up until 9-10PM. My money race got off around 10PM and they were just announcing the testing was ending.
