Try a little kindness towards the noobs...hell, TAKE THEIR MONEY ! They came to race, not to be excluded.
Never expected this attitude at all, so many people bothered by the fact we didn't take his money. I overheard his negotiations with the GTO guys and was confident we could have negotiated nearly a heads up race with him. He got in plenty of races (including money races) and lost plenty of them. He was hardly excluded.

I guess I'll bring a different attitude to the June 20th RSD if we cross paths.

Actually me, Chi-Town SRT-6 and the guy who likes to negotiate these races for us were all at a cruise night last night. We were kicking around the idea of bringing his SRT-6 to the next RSD and feeling out what kind of races we can get with his car.

There are plenty of guys that he could make money against up there. Guys like this:

#1 You should research the type of event your going to #2 Like CHI-Town said in a previous post I love ya cause your a SRT-6 er BUT #3 Thats how these events work, its street racing! "Pinks" Like negotiations and like it or not thats how it works, set up the most advantageous race for youself and win some lose some. You don't have to explain to everyone there how it works. Spank them and take their cash from now on. Then we would'nt even have this thread. It would be more like they're dic*heads they should have told me, and not raced me? Then you go home broke from racing the REAL Hustlers! But on the positive side, now you know how it works and you can go back and beat the mess out of some cars that you have researched and know you can whoop! It's all fun and only a little bit of business..

So what kind of money changes hands at these events?

Some races as small as $20, most in the $50-$300 range and maybe 2-3 races at each event that exceed $1000. However many of the bets, particularly the larger ones, are a group of friends all contributing to a bet on their buddies car or a car they know. It's not necessarily all from the car owner or driver.

Damn. I'd hate to lose that kind of money. It's much more fun to put it into mods and go-fast parts!
