Thats why I said "Unless it was a delibirate act of vandalism." Somehow the story just doesn't seem right to me. If he was gonna vandalise the car, why the wheels, especially when its alot easier to vandalize other parts of the car. It takes a lot to take 2 quarter sized chunks out of the wheel. Also, why stick around to "admire" the car after its been vandalized. It just doesn't make much sense.
