As for overall sound quality, my car is a Roadster and the top is almost always down. I don't expect concert hall sound with 80mph wind noise, I just want to listen to what I want to listen to, when I want to listen to it. Hence my desire for an iPod integration solution. In my closed vehicle I've upgraded virtually everything and enjoy quality sound - the Crossfire is different, especially with the new Magnaflow exhaust.
Makes sense - the true drivers will tell us that there's no place for tunes in a car that's really driven - you only have enough attention span to handle the commitment of driving... Me, I still like to hear something like Kashmir while I drift through a hot corner...
