Broken Grill - Silver Edge
One of the silver bars on my OEM grill has cracked and separated from the main gray piece on one side. It doesn't appear that anything has hit the grill, so I'm assuming it's a stress fracture made easy by all the sun damage from sitting outside for two years before sale. I can press it back in place, and it looks fine, so I would prefer to fix it if I'm able. That's where I need your advice. What should I use, super glue, etc.? I did search the forum for a related topic and found nothing, and I know this issue is not specific to the SRT, but I love my baby soooo much that this seemed more appropriate. I think it's a stress fracture because I didn't notice it until I was inspecting my detail work afterwards. Thus I had washed that piece twice and waxed the whole car without seeing the issue. I think it just happened while sitting there. By the way, for you detail freaks, I used ramps and a creeper to wash and wax the insides of the wheels. LOL. Thanks for all your help.
