I'm still confused as to why Crossfire owners opt not to eliminate the Y pipe and create a true dual exhaust system.
My first observation on my '04 was that the factory system lends itself to fabricating two pipes from the secondary cats to a muffler with 2 intakes, and eliminating the Y pipe altogether.
It seems intuitive to me that 2 exhaust pipes can double the volume of gases expelled.
Am I wrong????
