You can do it yourself with a drill, tape measure or ruler, a few wrenches, a couple bolts & nuts and two off-the-shelf brackets from hardware store.
I created a PDF instruction set for a some members who went this route - it's really an easy mod....
I know MikeR machined up some really trick brackets - in fact - I was going to ask him to sell me two because they look so custom...take a look in his gallery
