12mm to remove nuts off of wipers

T20 torx bit to remove the crowl

4” gear puller from pep boys $24.00 to remove wiper arms

14mm to remove bolt of alarm housing from car.

TX30 security bit to remove siren from housing.

Lessons learned: The bolt to remove the siren housing is pictured below with the socket wrench with the red handle. It is on the exterior of the crowl.

#1 Remove wiper arms using 12mm socket and gear puller.

#2 Remove crowl using a T20 torx (star bit). 7 torx screws.

#3 Remove the siren housing from the car first.

#4 Remove siren from housing using the TX30 security bit.

#5 Turn on car to deactivate alarm. (I blew out my ear drums)

#6 Carefully remove wire from siren do not use a screw driver. I did and broke a retention clip.

#7 Plug in new siren and shut off car to avoid a second degree burn to your elbow.

I was worried about attaching the wiper arms but they just pop on and tighten up with the 12mm nut. No sweat, however you must use a gear puller to remove them! Do not try to just pull them off it won’t work.

All in all it took about an hour with the right tools and I like the tone. I will try and figure out a way to post the tone here soon.
