Ironically, the most annoying issue by FAR was the damn noisy trunk latch... I still bless cgocifer's name very day for the 50 cent electrical tape fix on that one.
Its been a while since I read the owner's manual, but I believe the passenger seat does not have an up-down adjustment, although the controls look the same. You can cross that one off the list!
