Well I've had the EtyBlu for about a week now and ready for a review. First thing - with the boom mic - anyone I've spoken to says it sounds like I'm in the room with them - even with the top down at 80.
+1
The unit has three ways of attaching to the ear. The first is to use a flanged in-ear nub that comes in a couple sizes. If you get one that fits you are golden! I couldn't get either one to work.

They also have a foam insert with the compressed type of foam. You squeeze it and then stick it in your ear and it swells up to hold it in place. Better, but not perfect.
+1/2
By adding the included ear clip it works much better. Volume is better than other earpieces have been in the past - about as good as I think I'll get in a Bluetooth...
The other slight detraction, it can only recharge from a USB cable - there is no adapter. I believe, theough, that it is set up to allow for software updates if they become available.
All in all, it was worth the $129 cost for it - no more wires!
