i have this EXACT problem with my '04 XF...almost identical, same symptoms.
did you and/or your dealership find an adequate solution? my car has been at a 5 Star dealership now for almost two weeks, they are stumped. they just replaced the relay module, the car starts now but will not stay started.
any help would be greatly appreciated
