You should look for rust at the bottom of the doors, both inside and out. Peel back the rubber a little to really make sure. Also, as a bargining point, listen for a faint tick in the engine when its started. Sometimes its acutally loud when the hood is open, but almost all crossfires have it to some degree. Also look at the headlights for scoring and foggieness. And of course make sure the seat heaters work for both the back and bottom.
As for seat adjustment for people over 6 feet tall, your just going to have to adjust to the fact that its a tight fit. Its never going to feel like your last car did especially if you got the 6 speed. I recommend concentrating on the leg room first and the back angle second.
