Yeah I am a bit sensitive when some trashes my stuff. The facts you mention are things you personally don't like. I used the unit in my son's car and found it to be fine for my use. To me a "bug" means the unit has an operating problem. The items you list are functional items you'd like to see in the unit.
I researched the unit prior to my daughter purchasing it, for the money it fit my bill. If the unit was not working, it didn't do what it was supposed to the I'd say yes it has bugs but your wish list isn't bugs. I don't expect it to do the same thing the 349 and 399$ units do. We had a budget and we researched and that's what we came up with.
You are right about your wording. try being a little more "sensitive" in your response and I might be a little nicer in my reply.
