Default Creaking Door Panels - Solved

Here is my solution to the dreaded creaking door panels.

Remove the bracket around the door latch, one screw (see pic).
Use single sided adhesive felt or the soft side of strips of Velcro.
(I used Velcro)

Use a thin pc of plastic (or be very carfull with a screw driver) to lift the door panel slightly and slip the Velcro under the panel----with the adhesive side on the metal door surface.

Under the latch bracket, make sure to place the Velcro all the way up to the corner of the panel under the bracket (you may notice the paint rubbed off at that contact point-noisy spot) I show this placement in one of the pics.

Place the other strips at other contact points (you can find them by pushing on the door panel).

You will see in the pics, the locations of my creaking points. Its probably the same for most of us.

Replace the latch bracket and there you have it,,,,, a quiet door panel.
You can even drive with your left leg bent up and leaning on the door now
(Auto stick---USA only, Right leg for the rest of you fine people ).
