HI MI1XFIRE That worked a treat. There is a large bolt at the bottom of the headlight assembly which needs to clear the bumper at the bottom of the headlight. By undoing the two bolts it gives just enough flex of the bumper to twist the headlight over the bumper and pop the headlight out. Careful not to scratch the bumper with the bolt though so do it with care.
