I'd imagine that fully disabling the TC would entail tricking the wheelspeed sensors somehow. Unfortunately, this would also affect your ABS system.
I spoke to Woody at the last UK meet and he has come up with a gadget that does fool the wheel speed sensors, i shall do this and report my findings.
