That sounds exactly like the $2.49 Radio Shack buzzer I installed in my car in about 10 minutes. Not so sure I'd buy a $70 part and $40 in tools to achieve the same nonessential result.
Once again, I'll attach a link to the instructions on installing the Radio Shack tone buzzer that gives results that are about the same for less than 5 bucks.
