I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this will work on some Crossfires but not others.

I know in my car, I can pull the fuses and lay down 50+ feet of very expensive goodyear tire. This was done with my car when it was bone stock. (search youtube for "striping a dodge dealer". Sorry for not putting a direct link, but I'm at work and youtube is locked out! )

Other cars of the same year (2005) cannot do this, while some can. I'm pretty sure there was a software update implemented in the PCM sometime mid-production.
