I know in my car, I can pull the fuses and lay down 50+ feet of very expensive goodyear tire. This was done with my car when it was bone stock. (search youtube for "striping a dodge dealer". Sorry for not putting a direct link, but I'm at work and youtube is locked out! )

Other cars of the same year (2005) cannot do this, while some can. I'm pretty sure there was a software update implemented in the PCM sometime mid-production.
I did 2 decent burnouts last week (I also found out I now get a good deal on tires at work ) The traction control kicked in a little, but I got them smoking pretty good. I tried it once before, and it was pitiful, they spun to maybe 3000 rpm and it bogged. This time it held the rpm around 4000, but wouldnt go higher. When the car started to roll out the TC kicked in again. Maybe it has something with the car learning your driving behavior. I've been trying to upload the video to youtube and my computer keeps freezing, its a pile. I'm going to try it on my other computer now.
