I have an Alpine head unit with the inbuilt iPod interface (can't remember the model though
). It works a treat. All your playlists/tracks etc can be scrolled though in seconds. It all connects with a single lead and keeps the iPod charged. Kenwood (my first choice) have similar system but I found the output wasn't driving the stock amp hard enough so opted for the Alpine.
