Hi,
I have a radio transmitter for my iPod, but it seems to get bled over by other transmitters, and needs re-tuning from time to time.
I’m looking for a more wired solution to this problem. Seems that Alpine are the best choice at the moment.

). It works a treat. All your playlists/tracks etc can be scrolled though in seconds. It all connects with a single lead and keeps the iPod charged. Kenwood (my first choice) have similar system but I found the output wasn't driving the stock amp hard enough so opted for the Alpine.
There is a wealth of information among forum members dealing with the IPOD and XM solution. After searching through the misc. threads and by trial and error I choose to use the Audiovox wired modular. This has more than meet my needs in sound quality with the factory head unit. Granted it may not have 35 yrs. ago but is a vast improvement over the wireless modulators.
