Default Tool to remove seat bolt?

Open to suggestions here. Riding back from Wisconsin last night, my cellphone fell between the seat and console. Couldn't quite reach it while driving. When I got to a rest stop, could no longer "touch" it. Moved the seat all the way forward this morning, jammed my head behind it, and I can see it on the track. The seat still moves full forward and back.

Near as I can tell the seat is held by 4 five-point star bolts (kinda reverse torex).

1 - Any idea what fits these bolts so I can go buy one?

2 - Any secrets to removing the seat? I'm hoping I can remove the bolts and move it enough to pry out the phone. I don't really care about the phone and would just leave it there but I'm afraid it may end up jamming the seat someday.

3 - If I move the seat off the mounts, is it relatively easy to re-align and rebolt? I'm afraid of something falling off the bottom and not being able to re-attach the seat.
