Or perhaps the plan is to create a quantity of Higg's bosoms so massive that it causes an implosion due to a strong attractive force?
With the Torchwood team out chasing a fish in a red XF roadster, we'll just have to hope that the Doctor shows up in time. Or maybe if I put these two wires into a fresh cup of really hot tea . . .
