Nope, down south in Sierra Vista (60 -70 miles south of Tucson) thus the "North Mexico Arizona" location. Gets hot here but even at night when it's cooler the overtemp problem happens. I will be checking the pump this weekend, time permitting.

Oh, north of the country mexico. Arriba, Arriba, andale, andale!! Monsoons are getting both of us right now. Temps have been ok, but humidity is pretty bad. I still think you should be running strong, have them check your pump again.
