This post just saved my current road trip,THANK YOU

.I traveled about 700 miles on tuesday, to Kelona BC (got lost) Wednesday I started for the ferrys from Vancouver, to take me across to Victoria BC, 30 miles into the trip my Check Engine light came on !!!! its southern British Columbia, nothing but mountains and water.I'm on BC hwy 3, Penticton -Princton-Hope,and hope was 200 miles away

The drive was fantastic, and the Crossfire worked without any problems, the only problem was in my mind that the motor may blow!. Cutting the story short ,this morning I disconnected the battery, reconnected after 20 mins, BINGO, no alarm light, left the hotel in Victoria for a test run, and was so happy I did 200 mile and still no light. I was on the trans canada for a short time then turned off to Soouk , then to Jordan River and all the way to Port Renfew, the start/end of the Pacific Coastal Hiking trail..What a great ride, not unlike the road to Hana on Maui, SO today was a real rush just due to the info available on Crossfireforum.org-Thanks Guys
