The relocation of the buttons isn't too difficult if you are handy with a soldering iron. Since most of the switches in this car are operated by varying the impedance on them, using butt-connectors is out of the question. We can definitely relocate the buttons for you in the console but the wires will be a little difficult to do since we are located in MN. Worst case scenario, I can make a pigtail with labels that you can label each wire, cut them, and then solder the corresponding wire together at the other end.
