The law in Cali was just overturned - Now you can put a GPS (or radar i assume) in the bottom left 5" of your windshield, or the bottom right 7" on the passenger side. Still though, good point.
Oh, and the only time i've ever been ticketed when speeding is when I had a radar detector on.. it gave me too much confidence and I sped right into a ticket
