If you have the factory amp in the floor and have not touched the wires going in or out, only putting a different head unit in - I probably don't have enough info to help. Go over the wiring again - the "rear" wires coming out of your head unit (if any) don't connect to anything in the car - they're a dead end. Everything comes from the front leads to the amp, and are distributed out of the amp to front speakers and rear subs.

Are your front tweeters and door speakers work?
