Default Re: First time, Kicked Butt!

That final one i used the burnout pit. inched up to the 2nd staging light held at about 1,300 ish and launched at the second yellow (.1r/t), throttle was pushed down quickly in a linear fashion it was not just mooshed down instantly. TC off. Manual mode in 1st but i let the car shift gears I know poeple say street tires dont benifit from the burnout but i call bullshit. Tires at 25 psi. Burnout consisted of going through 1st gear 2nd and when it hit 3rd i let off the brake and spun up to the line. The conti's seem stick better when you warm them up this way. Hope all these details help others!

Actually the humdity was really high that night and many were complaining about the condinsation on the track making it a little slippery. But i didn't experince that and had no way to compare.
