I am going to shock a few people (see below) but during the summer on average I would get around 24mpg. This was a combo of higher speeds and sitting in traffic to get to work. Now that I am at school and I drive only short distances 1-5 miles at a time typically and at very low speeds (20-35mph) I am averaging very low mpg. Part of the problem is I have to idle a lot waiting for my girlfriend to meet me if I pick her up. Last fill up I average 17 mpg!!! This time will be better, but not much most likely.
