On the other hand you're lucky it was OHP as all of the local officers are concentrated on revenue generation. Since OHP gets it's funding from the state they tend to concentrate on safety rather than revenue generation.

I too find the 64 mph (100km/hr) deployment speed aggravating. I'm sure the deployed spoiler hurts the gas mileage and pretty certain it doesn't improve the handling below 100 mph.
