Run the seats all the way forward and tilt them all the way forward. Probably have to take out the center storage bin (two 10mm nuts down in the bottom and it lifts). There are two round black ***** down low near the center console with two little pin-holes in them, some special tool unscrews them (me, I just used light application of some padded jow channel locks around the edge to loosen enough to unscrew by hand). Pull the black trim away from the door edges, now you should be able to lift up the entire piece that covers the area behind the seats.
