Although i did notice the tires needed to be replaced I figured that even if the car was raced some i wouldnt worry as it would be under warranty. I don't think many folks would make the jump from original worn tires of 18K to equating to a highly moddified car to which the warranty was technically voided. Sorry my crystal ball never worked that good.

Well see what the end result is... at least they are not turning their backs to me.
I still don't understand the "voided warranty" argument that you continue to make. Did you check with Chrysler, and the car has been denied warranty claims in the past? Is it just the fact that it's modified?

I'm very surprised the dealer is working with you. Regardless of how the car was "presented" to you, it's your responsibility to have the car inspected prior to purchase.

I also don't get why anyone would buy a used high powered sports car, and not think that it was driven hard and/or at the very least slightly modified.
